Dimsumeasy is a brand we are building which would include all types of fun snacks from Chinese to Asian fusion. Through marketing vehicles such as Facebook and YouTube, our goal is to show everyone how easily Dimsum can be made. A lot of people love Dim sum, but wouldn't think of making it at home.

Our company will cultivate this growing sentiment for Dim sum and make food products that can be heated in minutes and ready to be devoured. Our products now include soupy buns, shrimp dumplings, fish tofu, sausages and ect... We will be expanding our ready to eat Dim sum offering in the near future. We are currently located in New York and selling to local consumers. We are working on brining the products to retailers so many more can enjoy Dim sum. 

My name is Linda and I am the spokes person for Dimsumeasy. I enjoy food especially a good snack since my kids are always hungry. I have been making them myself for the family. I am originally from Shanghai, China, where many famous are Dim sums from, I inherited some great family recipes. My grandmother was a Dimsum chef and she taught me how to cook up delicious snacks. Although I can make them at home from scratch, sometimes I would much rather buy them to save time. However, there isn't a big variety of ready to eat Dims um products out there, I have always hoped that would change over time and since that hasn't happened I have decided to take matter into my own hands. Dimsumeasy products will achieve that goal by giving working parents the ability to make great snacks in minutes.

Everyone can enjoy Dimsum at the comfort of their own house instead of running to the restaurants. I am doing a series of videos to illustrate how easy Dim sum can be cooked up. Hope everyone can enjoy them as much as I do.
